Who can join

Educators, education professionals, pre-service educators, administrators, specialists, and approved education-related professionals, 18 or older, joining for professional use. K1Learning does not create student accounts and is not intended for students.

Only upload material you created yourself, or AI-assisted/generated material you've reviewed and have the right to share. Purchased or publisher-owned resources may not be redistributed. To report infringing content, use the Report button on any resource, or contact our designated DMCA agent at dmca@k1learning.com.

AI content policy

AI-assisted or AI-generated resources are welcome when labeled honestly and reviewed by the uploading member for accuracy and rights before sharing.

Student data & privacy

K1Learning is not a student-record repository. Members may not upload identifiable student records, photos, or work without a separately designed and legally reviewed workflow. FERPA and COPPA considerations shape this rule — see spec section 6.

Privacy

We collect the information needed to run your membership and the community: account details, uploads, and usage needed for search and moderation. We don't sell educator behavioral data.

Terms & cancellation

Membership renews monthly or annually until canceled. Manage or cancel anytime from Billing — billing is handled by Stripe's secure customer portal.

Billing for K1Learning.com is processed by NetRing Tech Services, LLC. via Stripe. Charges will appear on your card statement under that name.
